You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your payment.

  • No questions asked
  • 100% refund of your subscription fee

This applies to all subscription plans sold through Paddle.

Refunds After 14 Days

After the first 14 days, refunds will only be issued if:

  • The AI agent or service experiences a major technical failure
  • Notifire has a verified service malfunction
  • Features do not work as described in the official documentation

These determinations are made by Notifire's technical team.

Situations That Do Not Qualify

Refunds are not available for:

  • User configuration errors
  • Change of mind after 14 days
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations
  • Incorrect setup performed by the customer
  • Unmet expectations beyond documented features

Subscription Billing

All plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

Cancel anytime to avoid the next billing cycle.

Charges from previous billing cycles are non-refundable unless covered above.
