You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your payment.

- 100% refund of your subscription fee
This applies to all subscription plans sold through Paddle.
Refunds After 14 Days
After the first 14 days, refunds will only be issued if:
- The AI agent or service experiences a major technical failure
- Notifire has a verified service malfunction
- Features do not work as described in the official documentation
These determinations are made by Notifire's technical team.
Situations That Do Not Qualify
Refunds are not available for:
- User configuration errors
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Issues caused by third-party integrations
- Incorrect setup performed by the customer
- Unmet expectations beyond documented features
Subscription Billing
All plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancel anytime to avoid the next billing cycle.
Charges from previous billing cycles are non-refundable unless covered above.
