By accessing or using Notifire's services — including the AI receptionist, AI phone agent, chat automation systems, and associated tools ("Services") — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

These Terms apply globally, including users in the US, UK, EU, Australia, and all other jurisdictions.

Description of Services

Notifire provides AI-powered automation tools for businesses, including:

• AI phone receptionist
• AI chat assistant
• Scheduling automation
• Call processing and routing
• CRM integrations
• Voice agents
• Lead-capture tools
• Website widgets

Notifire is not a medical, legal, or financial advisor. Information provided by AI agents must not replace professional judgment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using our Services, you represent that you have authority to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate account information, including your email, business details, and billing information (processed by Paddle).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Payment & Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• automatic recurring billing
• Paddle's end-user terms
• providing accurate billing information

Notifire does not store or process credit card information.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

In summary:

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, for any reason.
• After 14 days, refunds are only available in cases of technical failure or service malfunction, as determined by Notifire.

User Obligations

Users agree not to:

• misuse the Services
• use AI agents for harmful or illegal activity
• impersonate others
• store or transmit sensitive personal, medical, or financial data without proper consent
• violate applicable local or international laws

Intellectual Property

All software, features, branding, text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Notifire unless otherwise stated.

Users receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.

Service Availability

Notifire may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We are not liable for downtime, service interruptions, or outages.

AI Model Behavior

AI technologies used in the Services may:

• generate incorrect or incomplete information
• misunderstand instructions
• produce unexpected responses

You agree not to rely solely on the AI for critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Notifire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
• Local consumer rights (EU, UK, certain US states) remain unaffected.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notifire from claims resulting from your use or misuse of the Services.

Governing Law

For users in:

• Georgia: Georgian law applies
• UK: UK consumer law applies where required
• EU: GDPR & consumer rights protections apply where applicable
• US: Local state laws apply

Unless legally prohibited, disputes default to Georgian jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Notifire may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
